We had another awesome day around our beautiful home completing many hilarious Amazing Race challenges involving Katy Perry Songs, Air Horses, TV commercials, Paddle Pops, Reprising Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet's Infamous Titanic Scene, Creating sandcastle masterpieces, searching for precious mementos and working together with our team mates. This afternoon we had an interesting avo of fear factor activities that involved 'Supermodels', Random singers throughout the school, Musical Munchie Box, Ice Cube Challenges and a stinky squid challenge that we thankfully ran out of time for. There are photo's from today that have been shared with your child via Google Drive and more will be added over the coming days. The children have been challenged to put a movie together before Friday that we can showcase during assembly. If you were a parent helper could you please email a few pics to me so all groups have photo's of themselves.
Tomorrow, Room 22 will be doing our Te Unga Mai hikoi (walk) with Koka Kat and then we will be at the Mindlab from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Could parent helpers please meet us at the Mind lab and be available to transport children back to school at 2:30pm. If the weather is dicey tomorrow we will remain at school and it would be much appreciated if parent helpers could transport the children to the Mind lab at 12:30pm. I will email or ring parents if this needs to happen.
A reminder that the children need to be in their school uniform tomorrow, have a packed morning tea and lunch as well as $2 for the Mindlab if they have not yet paid.
