Tech and Science Fair Assessments

Kia ora koutou,

To allow whanau and friends to celebrate the work that our children do in tech as well as the classroom we are going to start sharing their tech assessments on their blogs for you to enjoy. This is an example of a student's final drama assessment with Mrs Hall and you can click on the video link to enjoy their work. If your child has not been to drama yet they will not have one of these assessments on their page. Some children are still in the process of uploading theirs.

Awesome Volcano Koka Sam, Leah, Mason, Rosie and Koka Kat!

Many of the class also completed a self assessment of their Science Fair project this morning in class. Over the coming days I will be giving my feedback on their work via the comments section and encourage you to do the same so the children get a range of feedback and compliments. I was super proud of my class who have all met the challenge of completing an individual or team project or scientific poster. We still have a couple of children finishing theirs off but Mrs Hannah has said she would love to view them once complete. She will announce the regional science and technology fair entrants in the near future. A friendly reminder that the science roadshow is fast approaching so please send your $7 in to school.
