Welcome back to school 22'ers

Morena koutou,

I hope you have all had a wonderful holiday with your families and are excited about our final term for 2015. This year is going so fast and it is because you all make coming to school each day a pleasure. This term is once again action packed full of exciting learning and extra curricula activities so I am looking forward to seeing you all when I return to NZ on Thursday. I have had a wonderful holiday with my family in America. We travelled to New York, Washington DC, New Orleans, Las Vegas and are currently in LA spending a few days at Disneyland before we come home. We have seen and experienced lots of new things and met some wonderful people but there is no place like home and we can't wait to get back. 

For the next 3 days our class are all very lucky to have Miss Anna Beattie and I will be checking in with her each day to see how the day went. I am sure she will love being in 22@Gisint as much as I do.

As this weekend is show weekend it is up to your discretion whether your children attend school on Friday. School will be open as normal but historically we have had large numbers of students absent so there will be no Focused Friday. If your child will be attending the show on Friday please send me an email so I can inform the office.

Quick Reminders
No Canterbury Pants for term 4. Back to shorts and covered black shoes or sandals.
It would be a good idea to bring a water bottle, hat and sunscreen each day to school as by the looks of things the weather is definitely heating up back home.
